If your request is approved, your payment will be refunded using the original payment method or another agreed method.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The item is incomplete or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with the original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

3. Refunds

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), GlowMax.pk will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
