1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. GlowMax.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Our customer support team will contact you to arrange a new delivery if applicable.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
